Before you write
Most questions are Shopify settings rather than theme faults: filters, swatches and missing photos all live in your Shopify admin, and each theme's FAQ covers them.
When you do write, include your permanent .myshopify.com address. It lets us look at the theme you are actually running, and it usually turns three emails into one.
